We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all MATUPO products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To start a return or refund, contact us at support@matupo.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition where possible. Due to the hygienic nature of pet grooming products, we may offer a refund without requiring the item to be shipped back, at our discretion.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
- Shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your MATUPO glove arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
